After-Sales Support

Our after sale service is part of our commitment to successful long-term partnerships between MPA and all of our customers.

Our after sale service starts with quality in-house design and manufacture, and flexibility of specification. Manufacturing systems at Penlon are certified to ISO 13485:2016 and all our products are CE marked. Penlon systems and facilities are regularly inspected and audited by the FDA, CSA, and other regulatory bodies. We consistently meet and exceed all the required levels of competence required by each agency.

Service Training

Maintenance must be carried out by competent, trained staff, whether employed directly by the hospital/establishment concerned, or us.

A Service Manual will be issued for each product for which training is given.

Our Training Courses are designed for all personnel involved in the maintenance and upkeep of Penlon equipment. Training for hospital staff ensures that there is a qualified member of staff on hand if required.
